There was a specific section in the museum for toddlers. Kate couldn't go in because she was too tall. So Charlotte and I headed off to explore it. Much of it was similar to other parts of the museum (water, climbing) but in a toddler size. She had a blast there.

While we were in the toddler area Kate was off making artwork with Usa. There are two different art rooms, one designed for older kids and one designed for younger kids. The mural Kate is painting was in the room for the older kids. The window she's painting was in the room for younger kids. Charlotte also did some artwork after exploring the toddler area, but she tired of it quickly. Fortunately folks at this museum are very wise and every room has some kids' books in it. So Charlotte and I did a lot of reading.

In the end we spent about four hours at the museum and didn't feel nearly that long. An impressive feat in our minds.
